At Emile Henry, we take pride in the quality of our French-made ceramic cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused ceramic items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
